There's no single best time. What changes is the balance between water flow, temperature and number of visitors.
Water flow also depends on the previous weeks' rainfall and on the reservoirs on the Iguazú River, so it can vary from year to year. If the river rises a lot, the park sometimes closes the Devil's Throat walkway; we let you know before you leave.
